These are the most conventional filters and the filtering media in these filters is fine sand. The sand is supported on a bed of grated pebbles. The pressure sand filters has dirt removal capacity as the finest sand forms the top most layer where most of the turbidity is deposited on the top surface resulting in cake formation.

Dual Media Filters

Our range of dual media filters is manufactured using quality raw material procured from reliable and trusted vendors. The filter filters out all the dissolved impurities in water having high capacity of dirt removal quality as the finest sand forms. For this, a thick layer of coarse anthracite is provided on the sand layer. These filters are five times more effective in dirt removal than the pressure filters.
